HOA Board Meeting
Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 7 p.m.
via Zoom videoconference
The Board of Directors meets on Zoom every 4th Wednesday to discuss HOA business. The Homeowner's Forum begins promptly at 7 p.m. This is when HOA community members may address the Board.
All meeting attendees must be HOA members or residents. If you would like to attend the next meeting, please contact our property manager, Kristina Codino, for Zoom meeting details. Attendees must be identified or the host will remove your access from the virtual meeting.
Sign up to our listserv to receive HOA news and notices of time-sensitive issues, such as trash schedule changes. This listserv is opt-in only. Notices come only from your HOA and regard HOA-only matters.

Winter Storm Tree Damage
The January 3 winter storm caused much tree damage across Alexandria. Shenandoah Landscape Services is removing branches and damaged trees on HOA grounds. As the damage is extensive throughout the area, tree and branch removal will take weeks (if not months) to complete. We appreciate your patience.
Fallen trees and branches on private property are the homeowner's responsibility. Trash service does not pick up branches during the winter. If you have tree damage on your private property, please contact Shenandoah (or another landscape company of your choice) directly for service and removal.
Please contact Jennifer Carman, Capitol Property Management, with any questions.
