Welcome to Hayfield View!
HOA Board Meeting
Wednesday, January 26, 2022
The Board of Directors will meet to discuss business before the community, including next year's budget and plans for our 2021 Annual Meeting.
The Homeowner's Forum begins promptly at 7 p.m. This is when members of the Hayfield View HOA community may address the Board. If you would like to attend, please contact Property Manager Faith Price, firstname.lastname@example.org, for Zoom meeting details. Meeting attendees must be identified or the host will remove your access from the virtual meeting.
Announcing the Hayfield View HOA Listserv
In an effort to improve community notice of time-sensitive issues, such as trash schedule changes, we are testing an announcement-only listserv for Hayfield View residents. If you are interested in being part of this test and receiving notifications via email, please sign up to our listserv at the following link.

Winter Storm Tree Damage
The January 3 winter storm caused much tree damage across Alexandria. Shenandoah Landscape Services is removing branches and damaged trees on HOA grounds. As the damage is extensive throughout the area, tree and branch removal will take weeks (if not months) to complete. We appreciate your patience.
Fallen trees and branches on private property are the homeowner's responsibility. Trash service does not pick up branches during the winter. If you have tree damage on your private property, please contact Shenandoah (or another landscape company of your choice) directly for service and removal.
Please contact our property manager, Faith Price, for any questions.

Mailbox Key Delivery
New mailbox keys will be issued Tuesday, September 7, and Wednesday, September 8, between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Capitol Companies will be sending a representative to knock on your door during these hours.
Please plan to be at home and answer the door.
The requirements to receive your new keys:
A valid picture i.d. showing the house address must be presented
Adults must sign for the keys
This communication shall serve as notice that there are solely three (3) keys that came with the new mailbox and all three (3) keys are being issued at this time. Any additional keys needed/wanted will be the Homeowners’ sole responsibility.
This is only the key issuance portion of the overall project and does not confirm that the post office will start using the new boxes. The last communication we received from the Kingstowne post office was about one week ago and is that the locks were on order. So, at this time the old mailboxes are still in use and your old keys are still needed. Once we have additional information from the post office, we will send out another community email.
We apologize retrospectively for any noise disturbances associated with this project.
If you have scheduling concerns, please contact Faith Price firstname.lastname@example.org
Thank you so much for your patience and cooperation.
