Duddington Playground Update

The vendor has needed to change the date to begin work on installing the new equipment to Monday, 10/26.  The new surface will be installed on 10/29. The installation dates are weather dependent, but that is the schedule we have right now.

Start spreading the news...

Hayfield View is a community of 225 residences and relies on volunteers to perform many vital operations. Volunteering is a great way to contribute to the community and to get to know your neighbors!

Are you a "people-person" who is looking for opportunities to share information and help engage your community?  If so, please consider volunteering to chair our Communications committee.  In this capacity, you would prepare and consolidate Telegraph newsletters for Board discussion, maintain the hayfieldview.org website, and help moderate unofficial Hayfield View discussion channels.  You will work with the current chair to transition duties.

Please contact the HOA Secretary for the details at secretary@hayfieldview.org if you are interested in this opportunity.

COVID-19 Trash Handling Update

* PLEASE MAXIMIZE USE OF TRASH AND RECYCLE BINS *

Trash haulers need to use bin loaders as much as possible to handle trash in response to the COVID-19 threat.   Patriot is asking us to maximize our use of bins for trash or recycling and refrain from simply leaving bagged trash at the curb.   Trash or recycling that does not fit in a container should be placed into a container for collection for the next pickup.

Note:  Earlier, we had posted that bin use would be mandated.  We have since requested and received a reprieve for those few home who cannot use a bin or do not have access to bins.  Stay safe and remain healthy.
