There will be a video teleconference of the Board of Directors to discuss HOA business.  The Homeowner's Forum begins promptly at 7 p.m.

 

This meeting is open only to members and residents of Hayfield View HOA.  If you'd like to address the Board at the Homeowner's Forum, please email us at and we will send you instructions to register for the meeting.

During the meeting, attendees must be identified or the host will remove you from the meeting.  Thank you.

Christmas Tree Service

 

Patriot Disposal will service Christmas trees placed out the first two weeks of January on either Tuesday or Friday.  This means the last date Christmas Trees will be picked up will be the week of January 11.

December 22, 2020 

Holiday Trash Notice

 

In observance of Christmas and New Years Day, Patriot will not be picking up trash on Friday, December 25 or Friday, January 1.  Trash service will resume on the next regularly-scheduled pickup day (Tuesday). 

​

Please wait to put trash out for pickup until the evening of Monday, December 28.

​

Recycling will be serviced on Wednesday, December 23, as scheduled.
